Retribution Paladins not really my forte (I=Warlock) but what I can suggest and ask and state...

1) Get more of the merc gear
2) Is that your pve or pvp spec or a hybrid of the 2?
3) Max out your eng asap those helms are Fing amazing
4) I see you run a lot of instances due to your rep levels which is a great thing
5) The link you provided from talents was your url from wows website you have to link the one under the calculator BUT your armory worked which is a plus.
6) How long in evo when did you join?
7) Do you have serious threat issues or do you have another trinket?
8.) With all those badges from a maxed out kara why no badge gear or better trinkets?
9) and listen to Wheenah he=your pally god if you get in.

badge gear is based around haste. itll increase ur dps for awhile but its alot of badges to spend on something that wont make too much of a difference. anyway work on ur app and you'll be considered (as well as answering most of oni's questions)
